Research On Distribution Mode By Logistics Nodes For E-Commerce Websites

With the popularity of Internet, E-commerce has become a new force that suddenly rises in China and permeated into people's daily life increasingly. However, laggard logistics distribution still is a bottleneck restricting inevitably the development of E-commerce. To adopt some measures or new distribution mode has become more urgent for the development of E-commerce shopping websites. Therefore, there is an important significance that researched on the distribution modes and initiated new distribution modes of E-commerce.Firstly the domestic and foreign theory researches are summarized, including E-commerce, logistics distribution theories..Secondly, the logistics distribution modes in E-commerce is analyzed, and the difficulties and problems in logistics distribution of shopping websites are explained from the aspects as the distribution demands, the difficulties, the service level and the price.Thirdly, learn from some success experience of developed nation, a new distribution mode by logistics nodes is proposed aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of E-commerce distribution are such as customers dispersed, small distribution demands, and large sorts of products, low service and distribution long duration, which made the distribution nodes or store as the object of distribution and delivered by customers' self or distribution nodes. This new mode is that delivery the packages to the distribution nodes or stores from distribution center and then customers pick it by themselves or a second delivery by distribution nodes. The emphasis is mainly on the analysis of distribution process and characteristics of this mode, and which has the advantages or competitive and practical value in facility, delivery in time, punctuality, distribution cost, etc.At last, the manner to establish a distribution network of the distribution mode by logistics nodes is discussed from those aspects which are the demand forecast, the number and location of logistics nodes, the location selection of logistics center, as well as the Vehicle routing problems. And then an example of Chengdu city is used to demonstrate how to accomplish a distribution network followed the distribution mode by logistics nodes. It makes the beneficial experimental research on establishing an effective distribution system to adapt the new situation.
