With the development of e-commerce,the share of home network purchases has gradually increased,and the rural development speed in the third and fourth tiers has been growing at a doubling rate.The battle of home-grid companies in the rural market is gradually kicking off.However,the layout of nodes in the distribution network of home appliance companies was designed to improve the market share of the enterprise and to “promote distribution and multiple layouts”.It has not effectively played its role as a distribution node from the perspective of logistics;the distribution network structure also needs to be continuously improved.In order to follow the pace of rapid development of the company,the distribution of the distribution network node has a direct impact on the level of distribution services and corporate logistics cost performance.Jingdong Online Shopping Mall,as a large-scale e-commerce trading platform in China,has purchased over 200 billion yuan in the first half of the year and has been the largest home appliance retailer in the entire channel.This article takes JD.com home appliances as the main research object,and conducts in-depth research on the current node layout of Guizhou distribution network.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the existing problems in the current distribution network layout of Jingdong home appliances in Guizhou Province.From the three aspects of distribution process,distribution structure level and distribution node layout,the conclusion isdrawn that the distribution node has low efficiency,high cost,high transfer pressure of warehouse storage center,high time cost,etc.(2)Constructed a node optimization model for distribution network of JD.Through the selection of evaluation indicators,a BP neural network evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the distribution nodes based on distribution capabilities,distribution efficiency,and distribution costs;and a secondary distribution center was constructed by constructing a cluster analysis and gravity site selection model.Aspects of node layout optimization;(3)Design the algorithm to verify the model.The BP neural network evaluation model is implemented by R language code,and the optimization strategy is proposed for high cost and low efficiency.The cluster analysis of the distribution site is conducted through SPSS.Based on the analysis result,the alternative distribution center selection is calculated based on the center of gravity method.Site and demonstrate its feasibility.
