With the continuous development of the Internet technology, the Internet applications have infiltrated every corner of human society. As the supporter of network world, website becomes the focus of people. The C2C electronic commerce websites of China are concerned by more and more people because of its high speed of development. There is a new theory about new developed area place appears in the Electronic Age. This present article is to analyze the online shop of C2C electronic commerce websites. Through the study of tendentiousness, regional distribution location and non-location, From the micro and macro point of view, the paper concludes the relationship between the virtual online shop and realistic geographical space.Consequently, it is showing up the characteristics of the online shop regional distribution in C2C electronic commerce websites.The article include six parts. The first part is an overall outline. It introduced the background, research and review both domestic and abroad(i.e. detailed recall three aspects which are research of IT estate area place distributes a factor studying, the service industry area place theory business studies and the website area place Online Shop distributes a factor studying)and research ideas, significance and theory foundation of the research. Based on the existed research, the article found that the selection of these subjects have been studied rarely, so the selection of this theme has significance in the information society geography theory and enrich the C2C electronic commerce websites in geography study and guide new thoughts. The second part discusses the facts affecting IT estate area place distributes, such as commercial and trade circumstance, supply chain environment, the accessibility of the developed communication net and network of communication lines, knowledge spillover environment and the accessibility of technological innovation information and agglomeration factor. These facts are different from traditional place facts, and have much more character of Electronic Age. The third part analyzed and investigated all the provinces (except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) TGI index of online shop. Sum up tendentious regional distribution of the different kinds of online shop. These online shop which sell labor intensive products and skill-intensive products incline toward much economic flourishing province in the east; Online shop with network characteristic inclines toward layout in some provinces in our country east , middle , western part; These Online Shop which has local characteristic inclines to layout in central and western regions. The fourth part analyzed the new regional distributes facts influencing the online shop on the taobao website. It is listed various online shops as examples: cosmetics, mobile phone, foreign goods and so on. the online shop on taobao website concentrated in the national economic development, trade prosperous region; concentrated in area which nearby place of production; concentrated in conveniently located area; concentrated in area which is easy to get the information of goods .The fifth part studied distribution and non-distribution layout in the taobao website. Accordingly, on the taobao website these online shop which with solid shop concentrated in urban, where as non-solid shop were decentralization. Part six is the conclusion which includes six conclusions reached by this article.
