Research On The Railway Transport Productivity Arrangement Of Shen Yang Railway Bureau

In order to relieve the railway transportation productivity, optimize the configuration of transportation resources, improve the efficiency and the economic performance, develop the network superiority fully, the railway department adjusted the former railway transportation productivity layout systematically in our country.Aimed at dealing with the instance of the railway transport productivity arrangement of Shenyang bureau, this paper based on the theoretical research, has made full use of many previous research outcomes. Combining the methods of optimized theory, fuzzy evaluation and systematic science all together, we conduct a systematic study on the the railway transport productivity arrangement of Shenyang bureau to maximize the railway transport productivity arrangement, to establish a primitive frame work of the railway transport productivity arrangement. Contents of the paper are mainly consisted of the following parts:1,Analyzing the railway transport basic characters of Shenyang bureau, and taking some strategies and measures to solve the existent problems.2,Based on the analysis of the status quo of the railway transport productivity arrangement of Shenyang bureau, studying the optimization content,principle and thought.3,Based on the layout of functional partition of Shenyang bureau stations, according to the optimization principles of stations layout, this paper has indicated the influencing factors concerning the railway stations, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to give an overall assessment according to Rough-Set method.4,Based on the analysis of locomotive layout, locomotive routing would be optimized,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimized locomotive depot arrangement and Railway vehicle arrangement according to AHP method.
