Report On Tax Service Survey Of High-tech Industrial Development Zone Branch Of Shenyang Local Taxation Bureau

Tax service is the bridge and the link between the taxpayers and the collectors, an important part of the world modern tax administration reform and the important indexes of judging a country's tax collection and administration level. It is of great significance to implement the party central committee and state council's plan on the construction of service-oriented government and the requirement of building a harmonious socialist society, promote the service hotline of construction, the construction of a harmonious relationship between tax authorities and implement tax service work of scientific development by setting up correct tax service idea, providing a more comprehensive, efficient and convenient tax services, improving tax service quality, optimizing tax service system.In recent years, many achievements have been obtained during the exploration and practice done by the tax authorities at all levels in the tax service optimization and improvement. Simultaneously, problems arise. To minimize the gap between the tax department service and real needs of taxpayers, the author of this paper carried out targeted questionnaire survey on the service of the local taxation bureau in Shenyang high-tech branch. Based on the questionnaire survey results and references domestically and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing core problems in the work of local taxation bureau in Shenyang high-tech branch, such as the relatively lack of awareness of tax service concept, underdevelopment of tax payment service organization system and the evaluation of supervision mechanism. After thorough analysis of the main causes of the problems, the author constructively put forward several measures to solve the current existing problem in the tax service work:update taxpaying service concept and perfect service system, strengthen tax service platform construction, further optimize tax service system, set up professional servant team and scientific performance evaluation system, so as to provide solid foundation data support and practical guidance for furthering and perfecting our country's infrastructural tax department and improving the tax service work.
