Being confronted with the enormous challenge that the finance job opens to all over the world in 2006 after going into WTO, the banking of China, as the lifelines of the national economy, is congenitally deficient, walking haltingly. What we have to do is to transform the concept of management and bring forth new ideas to the financial service, and our national commercial bank can stand and develop in the fierce competition. The state-owned commercial bank has been accelerating the reforming step numerously and confusedly in order to the shake off the fetters held in the specialized bank system; at the same time, they have been relying on deep skill inherited for many years to consolidate self domain. To seek bigger development and to improve their competition in the fierce rivalry, the Xi'an branch attached to the Bank of Communications proceeds orderly with the strategic objective to carry out "flat-rization" reformation and have introduced the strategy cooperation abroad. With the transformation of strategic objective and system, the original camp pin pattern has not adapted, which is the one to be solved urgently.Besides strategy and tactics led into the traditional commercial bank marketing and sales Theory, the article still introduces camp sells administration and Customer Relationship Management theory. By analyzing the current situation from Xi'an branch attached to the Bank of Communications and inspecting the problems of camp sells administration existed in "flat-rization" reformation we can find out the problem of the sells tactics on the present stage camp pin administration in Xi'an branch attached to the Bank of Communications.Finally, this article emphasizes the concrete reform measures in camp pin tactics aspect , customer relation management aspect, camp pin administration aspect.The research of this article has the important demonstration effect to improve the core competition of Xi'an Bank of Communications and it has the active reference effect to the other banks to raise the camp pin.
