Research On The Manage Mode Of Power Public Bid Invititing Project In Zhejiang Province

In recent years, with the rapid growth of national economy, power industry develops rapidly. The power industry is the important basic energy industry in the national economy, the development of power industry plays a role in romoting and security to socio-economic. Since reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economic and social and each passing day, power industry of Zhejiang Province also develops rapidly.Firstly, this paper takes the status in quo and trands of China's power construction as the research background, pointed out the necessity and importance of the discussion on the manage mode of power public bid inviting project. Secondly, this paper summarized the related theories such as engineering project management, public bid inviting management, and engineering project manage mode. Detailed analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of several major management modes. This papar combined with the status in quo and trands of power public bid inviting management in Zhejiang province, and pointed the goals and requests. Lastly, this paper analyzed the related theory of agent system, and brings forward the agent system which is the most suitable management mode of power project.At the same time, bring forward some advices to make progress in the agent system of power public bid inviting project, and then give the actual case to illuminate it. This papar combined with theoretical study and practical experience, discussed the issue of power public bid inviting management in Zhejiang province, bring forward a new and effective management mode.
