With the coming of the epoch of globalization economy, the scope of competition occurring among the enterprises expands increasingly; effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the predominance. However, in modern human resource management, the performance managing is the key. While in the performance managing, the performance evaluation is the most important which plays a decisive role in realizing the goal of the business strategy. Nevertheless, how to understand the positioning of performance evaluation and set up a System of Performance Evaluation which can adapt to their own enterprises, is a puzzle as well which has not so far been solved well although domestic and international enterprise have been seeking for years.The purpose of the thesis is to design a set of relatively scientific performance appraisal system for SW Company as the criteria of effective management in order to avoid the deficiencies of the present performance appraisal as far as possible, arouse managers' enthusiasm, activity and creativity, improve organizations' efficiency and realize the organizations' objectives. These performance appraisal system criteria can avoid employee's turnover to some extent and help the enterprise attract, train, develop and reserve talent employees.In this paper, human resources management from the basic theory and method of proceeding, in-depth study of the staff appraisal system construction methods, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various assessment methods and the scope of application. SW company for the current performance appraisal system the system is not perfect, assessment subjective strong, and a single method of assessing the shortcomings of the proposed corporate performance appraisal system should be the establishment of comprehensive use of various examination methods, and follow a fair, quantitative, systematic, Practicality and adaptability, both the process and results of the principle. According to different management levels of various management functions, with post content, design, the corresponding evaluation system, the introduction of a performance feedback system as a performance appraisal system an important component of the assessment process to enhance the degree of satisfaction with the staff to ensure that the evaluation system Good operation.
