Under the trend of deepening the development of China's market economy of the degree of global economic integration,domestic enterprises are also facing increasing competitive pressure.At the same time,the human resources management related to the performance assessment link gradually developed into the enterprise comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of the key link,has a very important role.This change also determines that it is very important to design a performance appraisal system which is consistent with the strategic objectives of the enterprise in this link.Enterprise research performance appraisal is not only an important means to develop modern management and promote the efficiency of business management,but also the only way to promote the comprehensive strength of enterprises.As a large state-owned enterprise engaged in the production of complete sets of cotton spinning equipment,A Company has been developing for more than 90 years since its establishment.In order to drive the significant enhancement of product competitiveness and stimulate the subjective initiative of researchers,Company A began to explore the project management model among its employees,and obtained a certain extent in this respect in order to promote the effective promotion of its product competitiveness and dispatch the enthusiasm and initiative of the R & D personnel.Effectiveness.However,after the establishment of the project team,its supporting evaluation system and execution system have not made corresponding adjustments,so that its product innovation can not effectively meet the changes of market demand.The main research content of this paper is the construction of performance appraisal system based on KPI.In the research and development process,the literature research method is mainly used,and the case analysis method and questionnaire analysis method is used.With the development of modern enterprise management system and the continuous updating of knowledge,the use of KPI in enterprise performance appraisal is also increasing,and it is gradually becoming the key factor to promote the comprehensive strength of enterprises.From this point ofview,the performance appraisal system based on KPI is consistent with the development needs and strategic objectives of the enterprise.It plays an important role in promoting the development of the enterprise and promoting the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.Of vital importance.At the same time,the original method and technology is also an important basis for a good index system,and the latter is developed from the continuous updating and improvement of the former.For example,the advantage of balanced scorecard is also incorporated in the application of KPI at present,so that the function of KPI's key index method extends from single performance assessment to operation,benefit,organization and so on in the past,and gradually develops into an all-round evaluation system.The main research results of this paper are based on the performance appraisal case of A Company.On this basis,a set of effective performance appraisal system is explored,so as to improve the management efficiency of the company and enhance its market competitiveness,and the results are remarkable.After combing the key knowledge points related to the research project,combining the current situation of performance appraisal in Company A,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),factor analysis and other research methods,the performance appraisal system based on KPI is established.At the same time to determine the weight of its evaluation,has a certain theoretical and practical value of popularization.
