The information technologies have rapidly developed in recent years,an increasingly number of work has been gradually realized on mechanization and intelligence.The talent resources are required in all kinds of companies and have the development of enterprises growing position.Performance appraisal system as an important part of enterprise human resource management,but also increasingly become the key to whether the enterprise can retain them.A set of scientific and rational performance appraisal system can not only help enterprises to achieve the basic functions of reward and punishment staff,but also conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve staff efficiency and business level,in order to achieve the overall efficiency of the enterprise increase.This dissertation will provide performance appraisal system optimization program for the Z company.There are six aspects in this essay and cover the research background,theoretical research,method,methodology,results and analyses.Overall,the article through the Z company's in-depth understanding,combined with the Z company's nature and development direction and other actual situation,analysis of Z company's current performance appraisal system in the shortcomings,the establishment of a set of its own characteristics of the performance appraisal system,To Z for the company to create a more scientific talent management mechanism,so as to promote the healthy development of the company.
