A Research On The Issue Of Compensation To Villagers In The Xi'an Village's Removal And Resettlement

Villages in the land, residence, population, and administrative areas in the urban-rural dual system do not join into the city's system and unification of urban planning, construction and management, but also its development is very spontaneous, and it has brought many new problems to the city's overall development, construction, and management. So it is urgent for city's urbanization and modernization that the Villages are reconstructed.Reconstruction of the Village is not an easy task, because the villagers own scarce resources - land and property right, so they can get revenue stably through leasing. But some of their income will reduce after reconstruction, therefore it is important to redeem villagers and protect their earnings. Reconstruction of the Village inevitably involving the demolition of housing resettlement compensation, housing demolition resettlement compensation is a huge project and the whole process is connected with the various interests of different parts which is related whether urban construction can proceed smoothly and the vital interests can be satisfied. Because different parties only concerning their own interests sometimes may trigger a lot of contradictions and disputes. The main theme of this paper is firstly finding the existing problems of compensation in Xi'an demolition of villages in the process of transforming resettlement, secondly analyzing many problems existing in actual operation according to Xi'an compensation system and the related standards of Village removal and resettlement of residents in the process of transforming , compared with China's other cities in the removal and resettlement of residents of compensation, and thirdly trying to build new housing demolition resettlement compensation standards.I want to provide a helpful advises and set up example in the compensation of removal and resettlement of residents through the study of village of Xi'an Weiyang district South LI resettlement compensation package and designation of different types of housing compensation model for follow-up of other villages Reconstruction of the Village.
