With the continuous development of economic construction and the progress of social civilization,people’s requirements for living environment and living conditions are also increasing,which leads to the increase of urban population and urban expansion.In the process of urban expansion,it will inevitably involve the acquisition of rural collective land and housing around the city,especially the suburban land and housing.Because of the dual system of land system in our country,the value of rural housing and urban housing has a great gap.Also because of the high price of urban housing.Under the economic pressure,many people go to the suburbs to buy or rent houses,and the "commercial housing" on collective land emerges as the times require.It can be said that there are a lot of problems in the compensation for the demolition and relocation of suburban collective land,not only the land problem,but also the housing problem.The emergence of these problems is not accidental,but the inevitable result of the imbalance of economic interests.The obvious differences in compensation standards between state-owned land and collective land,including attachments,lead to frequent problems in the process of demolition and relocation.In the process of urbanization,urban expansion is the inevitable result,and demolition is the way after all.In today’s context of advocating a harmonious society,harmonious demolition is the main axis of demolition work.At present,the root of the contradiction of compensation for demolition and relocation lies in the issue of compensation.The construction of harmonious demolition and relocation can not avoid the big problem of compensation for demolition and relocation.In the process of urban expansion,how to balance the interests of cities and suburbs,the interests of the state,rural collectives,farmers and other individuals,and build a harmonious compensation system for demolition is a major problem in the demolition work today.This paper combines theory with practice,probes into the essence through phenomena,and explores the compensation for demolition and relocation in the process of urbanization by using the methods of investigation,research,domestic and foreign literature and case analysis.The author believes that the issue of compensation for demolition and relocation in suburbanareas should adhere to the principle of people-oriented,fairness,openness and fairness,and effectively balance the interests of all parties.It should not only punish illegal acts,but also take into account the history and background of the formation of some illegal acts,and consider the interests of all parties in an all-round way,reasonable compensation,harmonious demolition and protection of people’s livelihood.
