Study On The Way Of Housing Demolition And Resettlement Of Landless Peasants In Xin'an Street Of Wuxi

Resettlement is an important work affecting the process of urbanization,which is related to economic development,social stability and the vital interests of the masses.How to smoothly and steadily promote the resettlement compensation work,and achieve the harmonious demolition of the masses to take into account the long-term interests,the government and the masses of the people so as to achieve the win-win goal,is the problem of resettlement work in the area of the urgent need to be solved.This paper focuses on the streets of Xin'an housing demolition resettlement of landless peasants,through the review of Wuxi city housing demolition on collective land resettlement policy,the selection based on the street of Xin'an housing demolition resettlement of landless peasants,analyzing the reasons and provide reference for the demolition of the landless peasants face.This paper describes the operation mode of Xin'an Fumin property shares of cooperatives,farmers cooperatives shares added enriching property calculation of economic benefits,through the comparison of the landless farmers choose to join the people of property shares cooperatives income is higher,but the peasants for enriching property stock cooperatives enthusiasm is not originally envisaged,through research found that the problem.Based on the analysis of the resettlement mode,through the analysis of typical cases,the streets of Xin'an resettlement and find out the existing problems and causes in the process,to provide reference for other areas to develop the resettlement compensation policy.This article hopes to analyze and study the situation of the resettlement work,and seek the beneficial resettlement measures for the landless peasants,at the same time provide policy recommendations for civilized demolition and harmonious resettlement.
