Thinking is an extremely complex phenomenon, it is composed by a number of factors, and has many properties,multi-level nature. Marxist philosophy and brain science,psychology,modern science reveal the meaning and essence of thinking, and ponit out thinking that we have to rely on the ways and means to achieve its goals. The contemporary era is the era of knowledge-based economy, the premise of knowledge-based economy is knowledge innovation and knowledge innovation is the foundation of creative thinking. Creative thinking is pioneer of the new field of human knowledge mentality, which has many forms of thinking, and convergent thinking is an important one.Converget thinking with different ideas point to the same target, performing as polying to a pointor a value around, and its essence is thinking of a "magnet effect." Convergent thinking divided into static and dynamic convergence which has focus, direction and comprehensive, procedures, inheritance, and other characteristics. Convergent thinking must be based on the wealth of knowledge, and certainly to reflect its focus as a guarantee of quality.Scientific research in a variety of ways embodies the side of the convergent thinking, and if scientific research need to be innovative, not only a convergent thinking but also divergent thinking. Divergent thinking along different directions to explore a variety of answers, with fluency, flexibility, and unique features. It does not rigidly adhere to traditional practices, so it has more creativtion. More and more people recognize the scientific revolution and divergent thinking are important, and sometimes ignore scientific research and convergent thinking, one of the most famous people is Popper. Popper's "Falsification" conventional theory denied the development of scientific research on the scientific significance. Kuhn explicitly pointed out: "All scientific work is a divergent nature which is also staying in the core of most important events in the scientific development ", and then on he point out "if there is no convergent thinking, scientific will be impossible to achieve today's situation and achieved the status. "So we result convergent thinking and divergent thinking is the unity of opposites, mutually complementary relationship. Convergence thinking errors in the performance of mechanical and rigid formed by the convergence of the set thinking, which is more the Mind-set and experience set obviously. Set thinking has positive and negative thinking migration, in order to avoid the potential negative thinking migration, we need to appropriate set thinking weakening. The convergent thinking has to be beyond their own, convergence and divergence will be "collusion." In performance convergence and divergence need tension, and increase liquidity. Historically, the major scientific invention and the success of the case found that the convergence and divergence need the organic integration.A certain degree of training for convergent thinking need some methods and techniques. Training methods include: reasonablely grasping the timing and standards of the convergent thinking,building the necessary quality of convergent thinking,optimize the knowledge structure, mastering logical ways of thinking. Training skills include: target identification,the problem focusing,a significant advancement,and logic guide, and so on, through every kind of skills that the corresponding case will be more intuitive and easier to understand and grasp.
