Research On The Influence Of Expressway Exit/Entry To Land Utilization

Because the demand of land for construction is increasing and there are more people and few land in our country, it is necessary to make good use of every inch land and improve efficiency of land use. As infrastructure, expressway promotes the development of society and economy. On the one hand, expressway occupies a number of lands, on the other hand it makes the lands of related area to be exploited well. So it is particularly important to evaluate the effect of expressway on the land correctly.The influence of expressway exit and entrance on the land is researched in this article. On basis of analysis of theories about land use, expressway exit and entrance and theory about influence of traffic on urban land use, the conclusion that expressway exits and entrances have great effect on land use is drawn. It puts forward the mechanism and mode of influence about exit and entrance on land use. It summarizes several methods to define the radiation range of expressway exits and entrances and studies conditions about division of radiation as circle, directional extension and development of radiation range, etc. With a research object of Xian-Baoji expressway, it makes a positive research of the influence function of expressway exit and entrance on land use.
