The Study On The Affecting Factors Of Exit Willingness For Housing Land By Rural Residents In Xiangyuan County

With the increasing development of urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas in recent years,a growing number of rural residents are flocking to urban areas for better career opportunities.Despite the fact that the rural population is decreasing,the land demands in the area are going up as a result of unused land for housing,illegal occupation of land and one owner has several houses.Therefore,the government should take measures to plan and organize the rural house land for the purpose of saving land,using land more efficiently,increasing land supply and national land reserves.In the meantime,this move aims to improve rural living environment and people's standard of living.(1)The main content of the dissertation: based on a survey on rural residents of Xiangyuan County,Shanxi Province,this writing intends to analyze the factors influencing people's willingness to exit and the factors that encourage and limit their willingness.Also,this would offer some suggestions for the government to guide rural residents to exit house land.(2)Research methodology: interviews and questionnaires have been applied to do the research and the data collected has been used to establish a model to analyze the factors affecting people's exit,which would provide some references for the government to deal with house land exit mechanism.(3)The main innovation: This paper analyzes the risk expectations with trust and the expected protection with pull action of the farmers' homestead withdrawal intention from the micro perspective,based on the Theory of Push and Pull.The classification of the factors that affect the willingness of the farmers' homestead withdrawal intention can better understand the willingness of the farmers' homestead withdraw intention.This paper puts forward the targeted exit policy to maximize the farmers' cooperation and protect the rights and interests of farmers with the implementation of the promoting homestead exit policy.In this paper,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the willingness of the farmers' homestead in Xiangyuan County,Shanxi Province,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The age of the farmers and the educational status have a positive effect on the willingness of the farmers to withdraw from their families.(2)The awareness of the homestead policy has a significant negative impact on the willingness of the farmers to withdraw;(3)In the risk expectation,the urban purchase intention has a positive effect on the exit of the farmer's homestead;the conditional satisfaction andthe degree of concern about the exit of the economic source have a limiting effect on the exit of the farmer's homestead.Therefore,the classification of factors that affect farmers' willingness to exit will help the government to formulate a homestead exit policy,to meet the expectations of farmers,and to reduce the impact of risk expectations on farmers;(4)To expect protection,reasonable Compensation for the price and the after employment security have a significant positive impact in the process of farmers.Reasonable compensation price is related to the farmers' own interests,the higher the compensation price,the stronger the willingness of the farmers to quit.The employment security is related to the income source of the non-agricultural economy after the farmers' with drawal.The government can provide good employment training and employment.to ensure that the exit of the source of energy,which will improve the willingness of farmers to quit.
