Study On Model Of Construction Organization Execution For Petroleum Project

Accompanying China's entry into the WTO, the reform of state-owned company speed up step by step. The China National Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CNPC) is standing on the starting point for new development. It is important stage for more oil and gas business, more rational structure, and overall smooth development. For accommodating to international competition, and promoting the development of EPC project and management, it is urgent to find a way of construction organization execution of the CNPC.The writer is based on researching the model of construction organization execution, by introducing and analyzing actual construction organization execution in the domestic and overseas oil project, giving the example of EPC model and researching cases. It analyzes actuality of model of construction organization execution in different field including construction of oil and gas's ground, construction of long-distance pipeline, refining & chemical industry and so on, and recommending the best model. In the end, aiming at problem in construction organization execution, relevant suggestions, method and strategy are forwarded.It is instructive to improve level of project management and promote reform of construction system for CNPC and state-owned company.
