The Research Of The Organization Model In The Tft-lcd Factory Construction

More and more TFT-LCD factory will be built in China main land. The construction of TFT-LCD factory needs high level project management. But all the organization model is not fit for it. Based on the experience of the author , this article analyze the features of TFT-LCD factory construction and introduce a new organization model-the OC model(the owner and the CM company). This model combines the owner's technology skill and the CM company's project manage experience. The advantage of it is the high level skill,fruitful project manage experience,good relationship with the government and low cost. The article also analyze the principal-agency problem in the OC model and bring out the solution: select a good CM company, set up the restrict system, set up the prompting system.
