Study On The Operation Scheme Of Parcel And Post Express Trains And Parcel Express Trains Of CRE

With the development of China's social economics, the demand for fast goods is increasing rapidly. As the main mode of transportation, Parcel and Post Express Trains and Parcel Express Trains made good economical and social benefits through organizing fast and convenient small pieces of goods.However, the adjustment of the railway transportation capacity structure, speed of the passenger train,the application of the new multiple unit train and the increasing transport demand make it a new requirement on the transport resource structure, so the proportion of express transport should be increased. With the characteristics of long-distance, high speed, large capacity, high profit, simple organizational form, express trains will become the main way for the package transportation. To further improve the CRE competitiveness and expand market share in the fast freight market. it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the Post Express Trains and Parcel Express Trains.In this paper, based on the present situation of Post Express Trains and Parcel Express Trains, considering the factors of package volume, economical level and the requirement for fast transportation, 32 cities were listed and divided using the clustering method, then Gray-Markov model and Gravity model were used to forecast the OD volume.Finally, on the basis of forecasting ,the detailed operational scheme for the Post Express Trains and Parcel Express Trains was studied, taking Beijing-Guangzhou corridor as an example, the scheme of 2010,2012,2015.
