| By the end of 2015,China’s online shopping users up to 413 million scale,the national network of retail transactions amounted to 3.88 trillion and maintained a sustained growth momentum.With the continued increase in e-commerce activity,express industry development also maintained a high upward trend,express industry income accounted for the proportion of GDP growth year after year,has become a "dark horse" to promote economic development.As a private express enterprise,SF Express is the first for few years,regardless of income or service quality,therefore,taking SF Express as a research sample,which is typical for the development of express delivery industry.The paper is divided into three parts,the first part of paper is 1-3 chapter,the chapter 1 is a brief review of domestic and foreign research results about express;the chapter 2 elaborates the data sources,research methods and technical routes of this paper;the chapter 3 introduces the definition,characteristics and classification of express and the components and modes of the network,and analyzes the current domestic express market development briefly;the second part of paper is 4-6 chapter,the chapter 4 introduces the development process,operation mode and overseas market expansion of SF express briefly;the chapter 5 provides detailed analysis of stores that are in direct contact with customers,through the factor analysis method to get the main factors affecting the distribution of stores,and the national provincial express delivery industry to carry out the comprehensive strength of the order;the chapter 6 discusses the network organization model of SF Express,the air network and the ground network are discussed respectively,and establish a simple linear regression model;the third part of paper is chapter 7,which is the conclusion of the paper.Through the research,this paper finds:(1)SF Express using direct mode,the country will be divided into seven areas for management and operation,regional distribution center through the development of large data and other technology for the cloud warehouse,through the warehouse to share the way to ensure the punctuality of express delivery.(2)SF Express has a total of more than 3,000 self-operated stores in the country,store coverage presents the decline trends from east to west,the higher the administrative level,the smaller the gap between the eastern and the central and western regions,on the other hand,the lower the administrative level,the greater the difference between the eastern and the central and western regions.(3)Stores in the country to show the Pearl River Delta as the main core,the Yangtze River Delta as the secondary core of the "dual-core multi-polar" space gathering phenomenon,and mainly concentrated in the eastern central,it is concluded that the urban comprehensive strength factor,the urbanization level factor and the industrial structure factor are the main factors that affect the gathering of the store space,provincial administrative development of comprehensive power show that Guangdong Province is far ahead,Shanghai followed,this is consistent with the nuclear density results.(4)SF Express network structure air network and ground network are "mixed" mode,combined with "point to point" mode and "axis-spoke" mode advantage.The air network takes Shenzhen,Hangzhou as the dual core of the spatial structure,air transport suitable operating distance of 1800 km,the best operating distance is 1100km;the ground network adopts the "multi-hub hybrid" transport mode,the established simple linear regression model found that the density of the expressway increased by 0.07 points for every 1 point increase in the density of the expressway network,therefore,the density of expressway network is one of the indicators to be considered in the establishment of SF Express. |
