Strategic management and marketing strategy is an important issue which all the enterprises should face in the development, especially when the enterprise is involved in new area. It is important for the enterprise to analyze the internal and external environment, establish the new development strategy and marketing strategy when it is involve in new products.This article, based on the related theories on MBA enterprise strategic management and marketing strategy, will elaborate the Brand strategy and marketing strategy which could be adopted by Function Group. Furthermore, the following issues will be elaborated in this article: how to implement the brand strategy, how to establish the modern marketing system so as to raise the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This article will probe into the internal and external environment of the Function Group by using the SWOT analytical method and raise the existing problems of Function. Meanwhile it will bring forward the development strategy for the security products of Function. The specific marketing strategy of security products will be introduced in the article and the availability and feasibility will be demonstrated, which leads to the conclusion.
