Sales and marketing is one of the important subjects of modern enterprises management, and proper marketing strategy is of important meaning to the operation and development of enterprises. The thesis analyzes and probes on the sales and marketing strategy on the"hollow fiber membranes"of MOTIMO, to try to be of benefit the decision process of marketing of the MOTIMO products. This thesis initiates from the analysis on the domestic"hollow fiber membranes"market, studied the current status and development trend of domestic"hollow fiber membranes"market, and described the current status of MOTIMO; and this thesis, based on the up-to-date theory of sales and marketing enterprise strategy, studied and analyzed on the environment of MOTIMO from political and legal, economic, social, scientific and technological, as well as industrial competition aspects, and according to the Michael porter's five dint model, studied and analyzed on the competitors, suppliers, dealers, potential competitors, substitutes, etc.; furthermore, this thesis, based on SWOT method, analyzed advantages/disadvantages chances/menaces of MOTIMO, specified strong point and weak points of enterprises. The thesis, based on the market segments of"hollow fiber membranes", deeply studied the selection and location of target market of MOTIMO's"hollow fiber membranes", provided suggestions on marketing strategy and implementation thereof which properly corporate with MOTIMO's actual status, and further provided suggestions on the controlling and methods to avoid market risk.The research contained in this thesis brings following creative results:1. studies on demand and supply of domestic"hollow fiber membranes"market;2. target market segments, selection and location of MOTIMO;3. comments and suggestion on risk control and pre-caution mechanic of marketing of MOTIMO.The author thinks that to survive and develop in the furious competition, and to further achieve the strategic purpose of listing on stock market, MOTIMO should adopt operation conception of modern enterprises, and to build the its core competitive power from all aspects including management system and products marketing.
