The technology innovation theory was studied from the end of 20th century in our country, and discussed three strategic ideas of innovation for enterprises by the numbers which accorded with the situation of China, that are independence-innovation, imitation-innovation and cooperation-innovation.Textual author carried out pilot study for the question of route selection of independence-innovation for FCC by learned and used for reference these interrelated theories, and integrated the enterprise actuality.FAW Car Co., Ltd is the fist company listed in the market in the car manufacturing industry of China, and her duty is to develop the high-end independence brand products, and she have been exploring the route of independence-innovation since she was founded. This paper analyze the predicament faced by the independence brand products by the true data of Chinese Automobile Industry firstly, and on the base of the domestic and abroad research result of, analyze the experiences and learns of international auto cooperation for independence-innovation strategy, so that we could find a route for FCC to develop independently. Father, this paper will use the evaluating result of technology innovation ability to show the ability of independence development and technology innovation, and make SWOT analysis to FCC, thereby, FCC must select a road-map to fit to develop independently, so that we could put the independence-development to the true, and become the leader of the folk auto industry, that is to follow the route of independence-innovation, introduction—digest and absorb—re-innovation, and adopt the open cooperate model, accelerate to build the R&D procession, increase the outlay for R&D, so we could form our ability of independence development.
