In modern world, the technology is advancing rapidly. To face the globalization of economic and the revolution of technological, we have brought new opportunities and challenges. And facing the reality of China's economic and the needs social development, we must not only respond to the trend of the times, but based on the primary stage of socialism's basic national conditions.
