Research On Recognition And Selection Of Technological Innovation Pattern In Enterprises

In the environment of increasingly fierce market competition,technological innovation has become an important means for modern enterprises to gain superiority in the market competition and gain excess income,and is also the motive force and source for a country to achieve sustained economic growth and steady development.In reality,how to effectively carry out technological innovation activities and how to choose the right technological innovation mode is a huge problem for enterprises.In this context,this paper takes the enterprises in the same industry as the research object,studies the choice of technological innovation pattern of enterprises in the same industry,and constructs a theoretical model for them.Finally,the empirical study of the model is carried out with the Sichuan liquor industry as an example.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper reviews the concept of technological innovation and technological innovation pattern,and analyzes and summarizes their definitions.On the basis of the existing literature research,this paper,starting from the perspective of development of technological innovation activities of enterprises,makes a new division of the influencing factors of technological innovation activities of enterprises.In addition,the methods and theories of classification,identification and selection of technological innovation patterns of enterprises are also arranged and summarized in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the summary of the concept of technological innovation and technology innovation model,the concept of the innovation performance function is extended.The function describes the mathematical relationship between the technical innovation performance,the technological innovation pattern and the innovation elements,and then guides a theoretical model of selecting technological innovation pattern for enterprises in the same industry,which is to study how the enterprises in the same industry choose scientific and reasonable technological innovation patterns so as to achieve the best innovation performance.Finally,in order to carry out the empirical study of the theoretical model,this paper first studies and analyzes the measurement and definition of the model variables,including the measurement of the innovation elements and innovation performance,and the identification of the actual technological innovation pattern of the enterprise.On the basis of the previous research work,this paper takes the liquor industry in Sichuan Province as an example to carry out an empirical study,set up a model for selecting the optimal technological innovation pattern for the enterprises in the liquor industry of Sichuan Province.
