The Research On Industrial Innovation Mode And Technology Selection Theory Based Upon Technology Correlativity Analysis

Industrial innovation is the core motive power to push economic growth and the key factor to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. To realize persistently, rapidly and highly efficient economy increasing in our country, industrial innovation is necessary. For keeping persistent competed strength to an enterprise, a city, a state or a country, it shouldn't depart itself from the impulsing effect of industrial innovation. Technology is decisive factor to national economic growth and social sustainable development. Technology choice, as an important factor of technology progress, plays a key role in the course of technology innovation and technology transition. Therefore, there are some significant effects in a country or state that technology choice can bring out, such as upgrading the technological structure, changing industrial structure, hastening the economy development, improving income per capita and even promoting competitive advantage. Technology choice becomes the first step of the development of technology ability in the developing country.Industry and technology are the key points to economic growth. The correlativity exists among different industries, which is characteristic of influencing and complementing mutually in the course of production. Correlativity of technology itself has decisive impact on technological diffusion and pervasion. Not only one kind of transformation technology should be used to directly change into department, but also promote the other departments'technology progress through the effects of technology correlativity. Therefore, technology correlativity reflects technological practical usage to some extent. But there were not relative investigation of dynamic mechanism of action to systematically explain between industrial innovation, technology selection and technology correlativity at present. It was necessary to deeply analyze the question from a new point. At the same time, the existing literatures about technology selection only aimed at technology selection of macroscopic level, or enterprise technology selection of microcosmic level, but they were lack of research on industries intervening with macroscopy and microcosm. So it has extraordinary theoretical and practical significance to study on'industrial innovation mode and technology selection theory based upon technology correlativity analysis'by combining technology correlativity, industrial innovation with technology selection.Taking the above-mentioned problems as a research perspective, we studied technology innovation and technology selection based on technology correlativity by combining with the correlated theories and methods of technology economics and industry economics. In this paper includes the following contents: (1) Research on industrial innovation action mechanism and industrial innovation mode based upon technology correlativity analysis; (2) Research on theoretical framework of industry technology selection based upon technology correlativity; (3) Research on industry classification, selection and technology selection model based upon technology correlativity and practical cases analysis; (4) Countermeasures research, selection of national industrial innovation mode and industrial technology selection based on the point of view of technology correlativity.1. Research on industrial innovation action mechanism and industrial innovation mode based upon technology correlativity analysisOn the basis of contrast analyzing domestic and overseas correlated literatures about industry correlativity and industrial innovation, this paper studied the background of industrial innovation, concept, characteristics and connection between industrial innovation, enterprise innovation and nation innovation, and analyzed the evolved procedure of industrial innovation mode from two points of view of industry and innovation in detail. In order to improve the traditional idea of a single technology, we introduced the concept of technology correlativity and studied the mechanism of action to cause industry assemble formation by shape of technology groups effecting on industrial innovation, technology innovation assembly effect based on technology correlativity, coordination progress of technology innovation and industry system, and so on. Then, we proposed the running mechanism of industrial innovation based on technology correlative by analyzing some aspects of industrial innovation's main body, spreading media, influencing environment and conducting mechanism based upon technology correlativity. At last, on the basis of the effect analysis of technology correlativity to industrial innovation, we proposed industrial innovation mode based on technology correlativity analysis. This part is the theoretical basis of construct industry selection, classification model and industry technology selection model.2. Research on theoretical framework of industry technology selection based upon technology correlativityOn the basis of contrast analyzing domestic and overseas correlated literatures about technology correlativity and technology selection, and combining with correlated basic theoretical knowledge of the available technology groups and technology selection, at first, we began from introducing basic connotation about the concept of technology, character and classification, etc. For reflecting more systematically characteristics of intercommunication and interaction among technologies, we imported the concept of technology correlativity, and explained the character, application area and effect rule to technology of technology correlativity in detail. On the basis of the above-mentioned investigation, we constructed technology selection framework theory based on technology correlativity by analyzing double-acting mechanism of technology effect and industry effect, and summarized the qualitative and quantitative methods of industry technology selection conjugating with last literatures about technology selection.3. Construction and Empirical research on industry classification model and industry technology selection based upon technology correlativityThrough researching industrial innovation mode and industry technology selection theory based on technology correlativity, we firstly constructed and obtained input-output model based on technology progress, and carried out empirical research for industrial departments of our country according to basic theory of input-output analysis, scale of connected effectiveness among industries and the measure of the contribution rate of technological progress. On the basis of the results of empirical researches, we provided industry classification of industries and characteristics analysis of the corresponding industry type according to the sensitivity factor and influence factor, which are calculated from the input-output model of technological progress. Secondly, according to the research data above, we worked out the corresponding matrix of transitive closure based on theory of binary relation and Warshall algorithm, so the relationship of national industrial system can be intuitively displayed, and then the technology selection of national industrial system can be obtained based on technology and industry correlativity. Finally, we provided the standard of industry technology selection based upon technology correlativity, and offered judgment criteria of industry technology selection of our country by calculating to industry departments of our country according to industry technology selection index and industry technology deviation index.4. Countermeasures research on selection of national industrial innovation mode and industrial technology selectionOn the basis of empirical research on industry classification, industry selection and industry technology selection model, combining with the status quo of industrial innovation and technology selection, we identified the existing problems of industrial innovation and technology selection among diverse industries. Based on the optimized principle of technology groups of technology correlativity, industry cluster and technology eco-environmental effects can be promoted. Taking combination of market mechanism and government cooperation, independent innovation and technique acquisition as the principle, we provided coutermeasures and suggestions for selection of national industrial innovation mode and industrial technology selection from the point of view of technology correlativity and system innovation.Combination with above statements, this paper studied technology correlativity based on the point of view of technology system, and studied the effect of technology correlativity on whole technology development and technology system. On the basis of above researches, we investigated how technology correlativity effected different industries and developed different industrial innovation mode and studied selection criteria and methods of corresponding industry technology. (1) Theory research. Through research on connotation, characteristics, application environment and effected mechanism of technology correlativity, this paper analyzed mechanism, mode and running mechanism of industrial innovation and the theory of technology selection based on correlativity of technology, and then constructed the new mode of industry technology selection base on correlativity of technology. (2) Empirical research. Based on systematically analyzing the industrial innovation mode and theory of technology selection according to technology correlativity, this paper studied national industrial classification through combining input-output analysis with the contribution rate of technology innovation. We meseaured out the correlative industrial groups of 42 industries in our country by using binary relations theory and Warshall algorithm. The technology selection index and the industry technology deviation index were been calculated, which can be taken as the basis of technology selection in national industry. (3) Policy suggestions. We put forward corresponding solving method directly aimed at the status quo and existing problems of industrial innovation and technology selection development in our country, which would be expected to provide scientific decision-making foundation for government, thereby to promote the development process of national industries.
