Printing And Dyeing Mill Integrated Management System (ims) In Modern Equipment Management Program

The competition between the Chinese domestic dyeing enterprises is more and more intense; the product amount is continuously increasing. Dyeing enterprises also has the characteristic which has much pollution and much consumption of energy. Along with society's progress, the stakeholders of dyeing enterprises have various requirements of the product quality, the environment protection, the occupation healthy security etc. The stakeholders is including such as the government, the customers, the staffs. As the important parts of management system, the equipment management system must achieve the requirement of quality, environment, and security and so on.This article is about how to integrate ISO9000 (QMS: Quality management system), ISO14000 (EMS: Environment management system), OHSAS18000 (OHSAS: The occupation healthy safety and health management system), the three independent systems to an integrated management system (IMS: Integrate Management System). The method is from top to under, merging the same factor, retaining the characteristic and so on. According to the management structure of IMS, We summarized and analyzed the theory of the modern equipment management, studied how to set up the equipment management under the IMS. We established "four entire" the equipment management system in the Nan tong TORAY dyeing factory,—"in the equipment entire life process, the all personnel and the all system's participation, managed all of its value, manages its all of its risk".This result of this article is implemented in Nan tong TORAY, and has obtained the good effect, has enhanced the efficiency of management system, risk management, environment management and security management level is improved, the overall equipment effectiveness is enhanced 27%, the total maintenance cost reduced 6 ~ 6.5%. So the result is worth the similar enterprise referring.
