| As the globalization and development of the information technology, various industries strengthen the extent of information technology application in order to enhance the responsible speed to the market change and reinforce the core competitive advantage. If we only pay attention to the technical advantage and the management level, we can not solve the problem of low success probability. Whether the information technology application succeeds or not largely depends on how to choose the suitable information system for the enterprises.Concerning the information system in the manufactory industry, in this paper we research the software supplies selection, software quality evaluation and software selection. We combine all the theories and methods in these three areas. We hope to help to solve the problem of lacking scientific methods in the information technology application.At first, we state that the main object of the information technology application project is to increase the management level. So we complete decision process system of information system selection from various dimensions. We develop a logical process that is selecting the supplier firstly, then evaluating the software quality and choosing the suitable information system lastly. We analyze the risking of choosing the supplier and construct a supplier capability evaluation model to help the enterprise choosing the right supplier. Base on the idea of software engineering, we set up diagnosis model of information system to help the enterprise choosing the suitable information system. Then, we concern the benefit, risk, cost and opportunity that an information system will bring. And we construct selection model of information system, also concerning the enterprise's strategy and operation situation.At last, we use an enterprise Y to demonstrate the way and process of decision-making model of information system in the enterprise information system application. |
