A Study On The Construction Of Credit Security System For Enterprise In Guizhou Province

With the sustainable development of socialist market economy, credential bargaining has gradually become the major way of the business in our society. Sorts of credential tools are being used in daily life and"credit"has become the economic focus that people put attention on. As the microcosmic main body of socialist market economy, the credit standing of enterprises is directly related to our economy order, which is the principal part of our social credit system, and the guarantee of our market economy construction.Guizhou is located in the southwest of our country, poor and undeveloped, the situation of enterprise on keeping faith is terrible, which hinders the improvement of the market economy system. Aiming at the status, this thesis analyses the elements of enterprise credit based on some theories of credit and its management. Unfaithful behaviors of enterprise in about recent ten year in Guizhou are focused on, the characters of which are systematically classified and discussed. And then, the thesis expatiates the executive action of government sector on the enterprise credit architecture, points out its shortage from the way of law, administration, economy, society and technique. Lastly, combined with the provincial situation, a layout and the suggestions on how to architect the security system of Guizhou enterprise credit are put up. The research findings can help the public administrators of our province realize the impersonality of enterprise credit and provide them practical policy suggestions on the next stratagem.
