The Research Of Strategy For Pharmaceutical Smes In Guizhou Province

SMEs have become more and more important for national economy and social development. They have already been the major force for economic growth, a major channel for expansion of employment, an important group of independent innovation, an important part of promoting the urban and rural integration and adjusting the industrial structure. In Guizhou Province, plenty of medicinal resources, Chinese traditional and national medicine, and some famous enterprises have lead the high-speed development of pharmaceutical industry, which become a significant industry for the province. SMEs account for 99% of all the pharmaceutical enterprises in Guizhou Province, weather they can grasp the market trends and establish the core advantages in the Complex and ever-changing domestic and international economic environment and increased competition, not only make sense to the pharmaceutical industry, but also important to the sustained and rapid development of economy and society.This article focuses on the development strategy of pharmaceutical SMEs in Guizhou Province, offers suggestions for government, industry organization and enterprises.Firstly, starts with related concepts of SMEs, including the definition, definite method, features and importance, gives the background, significance, thinking and innovation of the article.Secondly, analyze the strategic theoretical sense, the actual effect and the structure based on the theory review and strategic system.Thirdly, choose America, European Union, Japan and Guangdong and Zhejiang Provinces in China as the object of analysis; contrast the policies of supporting SMEs and get the inspiration.
