Research On Operation Management Of Investment Project In Huabei Oilfield

This article unifies the present situation and the related systems of investment projects operation management in Huabei Oilfield,and combines characteristics, category classification, stage division of petroleum engineering projects. The operational compatibilities of present QHSE system are analyzed comprehensively based on the study of management flow, management system, management content and management styles of present investment projects. Then the operational situation of investment projects in recent years are massively studied, and the prominent questions of the investment projects management of QHSE system are summarized. With these questions, studying the compatibility the management flows, management border as well as the plan cycle of five main kind projects in the company, and a more reasonable system is determined. By using analytic hierarchic process, assessment method of overall effect, stage effect, implementation effect, production effect of investment projects is studied and a model is established, and a assessment index system of 4 criterion level targets and 20 target level targets, including almost all the important control point, is carried out.Based on the research assessment method, the effect of the investment projects operational management in the oilfield is evaluated, and a generalized analysis has been carried on according to the appraisal result。At last, the correlation proposals of the system document, organization system, process management, rewards and punishment mechanism of the investment projects operational management in the oilfield are put forward.This article includes seven chapters.
