Enterprise Resources Planning is called ERP for short.It is a management idea used for the supply chain which is put forward by the company Gartner Group Inc.of the global computer technology consulting and evaluation group in America.It's an application software and information system highly integrated with financial management,procurement management,sales management,manufacture management and other business functions that is based on a set of advanced enterprise management ideas.Enterprises can improve their management level further,standardize their business processes,improve the standardization of the information data and improve the efficiency of their decisions through carrying out the ERP which can bring great benefits to the enterprises.Huabei oilfield company is a subsidiary of the large state-owned enterprise engaging in a variety of business.There are more than 50 secondary departments ruled by it and these departments involve 6 industries.To a great extent,its capital structure,management system and business process represent the characteristics of large state-owned enterprises and large central enterprises.The research on the ERP implementation of Huabei oilfield company can provide a reference for similar enterprises to rethink themselves to some extent and these enterprises can reduce the economic loss by avoiding or decreasing the problems which appear in the implementation process of ERP.Considering the reality of the enterprise management,through literature research,DMAIC,statistical analysis and ITSM,combining the characteristics of petroleum and petrochemical industry and the realistic condition and need of Huabei oilfield company,this paper studies further the implementation condition of ERP in Huabei Oilfield Company and have a comprehensive analysis about the present situation of the project.And the problems existed are also studied systematically in the paper from the respects of project organization,process control,personnel quality,operation management and evaluation after implementation.Then specific and practical control policies are formed and in the end this paper proposes the overhaul suggestions.
