Human Resources Management is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises survive and develop. It is helpful to activate employees, raise labor productivity, and improve the performance of enterprises. At present, Human resources management has become the hot topic at the theoretical and practical. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, it reflect the company's own requirements that company emphasis on Human resources management and construction. It also become a trend of development.Oil companies hold the lifeline of China's national economy, are related to economic development of China's rise and fall. However, the Human resources management are essential to oil companies' survival and development. Our Human resources management for Huabei Oilfield has several years' development, although getting a certain grade, but the Human resources management is still not perfect. It has some unreasonable situation, such as irrational structure, lack of personnel introduction, training mere formality, the reward and punishment mechanism unreasonable and so on. In this paper, through the research about Human resources management, we hope to give reference for Huabei oilfield's Human resources management, improving its Human resources management mechanisms, optimizing the personnel structure, lay the foundation for further development.In this paper, firstly, it summarized the related theories on human resources management. Secondly, it described the current status about Huabei Oilfield in human resources management, and found its problems. Finally, it gave corresponding responses, through combining the status and problems of Huabei Oilfield. |
