In the increasingly intense competition and the background of global economic integration, enterprises talent as one of the most important assets, differences in access has become an important competitive edge of the capital, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of human resources management . Performance management system as a human resource development and management system and the hub of key importance Needless to say, but also upgrade human resources enterprise competitiveness must solve a major problem.It is based on this understanding, performance management, as this makes the research direction. This paper set out the performance management system is based on the ability of human resources development and management of the core component of the system is based on a system of representation eligible to KPI-oriented, the value of the staff to create and conduct an objective assessment of management, and guide employees to increase their performance and professional ability of a set of mechanisms and methods. This article says: performance management system described the establishment of KPI system process performance management cycle stages of the operation and difficult points at the same time introduced a combination of case-based KPI performance management applications. This paper will be successful business anomaly analysis method to introduce performance management, and guide employees around the KPI reached, and enterprise managers to identify the problems.Practice in the application in conjunction with the author of the Business Process Reengineering the opportunity to study this theory as the starting point for performance management, enterprise information and data based on A, A, internal management model, management processes for analysis and enterprises against the A business unit status, uses surveys, statistical analysis, a qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis using strategic objective method and critical success factor analysis of the KPI indicators choice, and ultimately developed based on the actual KPI system design performance management programme . The programme has been formally adopted by enterprises, after nearly a year of operation, the business performance has been remarkably improved.
