Entering the21st century, with the development of financial reform, the joint-stock commercial Banks have entered the high-speed expansion in the fast lane. As commercial Banks scale expansion show explosive growth, human resources competition gradually become a major challenge that commercial Banks must face.Currently, under the background of the financial industry fierce competition of the market, can bring customer resource of human resources as the intangible wealth of commercial Banks, is also the core drivers of all bank business development. With the expansion of bank outlets, banking and finance professionals, especially the bank overall background management personnel quality is higher, they flows more frequently between industry than before. How to establish an effective performance management to attract talents and retain talents is the problem that each bank’s human resources department must consider and solve. From the function and significance of the performance management works in human resource management, this article first introduced performance, performance management and other related theory of the management applicant in the bank. According to the Inter-departmental management of more than10years of banking experience and understanding of the performance evaluation of CB Bank Wuhan Branch, the author learned that staff recommended level of knowledge and opinions of the Branch Performance Management through local staff interviews and the questionnaire survey.
