In the new economic era with the character of information and internet,intellectual resources become the main field of the competition between enterprises,and human resources grow up as the first resource of enterprises.One of the important strategic tasks of enterprises is to enhance, their key competitive edges by improving human resource management level.The process of planning and implementing the e-HR system based on internet--will greatly help improve the efficiency of the human resource management of enterprises.e-HR can help enterprises make their HRM automatic,shorten management circle,lessen unnecessary disturb,and push employees being part of management by self-service,e-HR performance management can improve the justice of the feedback data and appraisal satisfaction by changing the process of traditional performance management,and finally enhance the job performance.This essay stressed the distinction and relevance between e-HR and HRM,elaborates the system of performance management of e-HR can bring benefits from two different point of view, which is,it can make better the performance management circle and it has a potential of realizing 720°performance management.The author make some in-depth suvey and finding the trend of the demand of e-HR performance management by using fuzzy evaluation.And through comparison, some important different performance indicators between e-HR performance management and previous performance management were found.Through empirical analysis,the author did correlation analysis and regression analysis between these indicators and the performance outcom of the employees,find that this indicators is the source of the benefits of e-HR performance management.And then,the essay studies the potential risks and dark side during the usage of e-HR performance management process from four aspects which are macro and content,macro and process,micor and content,micor and process.And gave some corresponding advices. Generally speaking,e-HR performance management has a potential of improving the total performance of enterprises,it's a progress of performance management job.
