This thesis base on the Lean theories,adopte the method of system analysis that qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and makes use of the related technique method of Value Stream Mappping and Industrial Engineering synthetically. Through the research of how to reduce the Non-Value-Added waste in transportation and inventory, how to reduce Lead Time and improve production efficiency, an overall analysis is done to the production flow of Motorola Mobile Device.Through the analysis and optimization of production planning, capacity balancing, physical line layout and material flow, many wastes and Non-Value- Added time were eliminated. At the same time, a new integrated production mode was set up, it definitely reduce Lead Time, save Labor Head Count and improve production locale. It provides a sample for other same manufacturing enterprise reference in Lean activity. At the same time, it also has high reference and certain instruction meaning to the domestic enterprise of implement Lean Manufacturing. |
