| With the high speed growth of the national economy and the rapid increases of the modern construction, for the projects, the quantity is more and more, the scale is bigger and bigger. Volatile social milieus cause more indeterminate factors to the projects, so there are more risks and more risk losses. It is a very important and actually guide to research thoroughly for the risk management of the projects, to work hard to investigate and evade risks, to find the valid path decreasing the risk losses.Now our country is during the high peak period of the construction. It not only has more tasks and bigger scale but also is more complex and more difficult. With entering WTO, fierce competition in domestic and overseas, high investment, long working period, more participants, all these cause kinds of risks to the projects. So risk management is very important. During the whole project, the risk in complementing period is the highest, because a great deal of funds flow into this period. Risk management is very important during this period. In fact, risk management based on reasonable analysis and evaluation can take reasonable counter plan according to different risk during complement period. This can promote to realize management target. Risk management includes four steps: risk identification, risk estimate and evaluation, counter plan of the management.This thesis elaborates from the development and present condition of risk management to the definition, formation, character, management process of the risk. It elaborates the main process in the risk management: risk identification, risk estimate and evaluation, counter plan of the management. The first is basement, the second is the key, and the third is core. At the end, in a real project sample, with the three methods of risk management, there is analysis, the prevention and complement ways for the construction contract risk management. Thus this model can give better analysis for contract risk in the project complement period. Under this basement, the risk cause can be prevented and controlled accurately. In this way, the target to prevent, to control and to deal with risk can be realized. |
