Research On Talent Training Mechanism Of Center Commonweal Geological Survey Team

Through years of explore and practice, the construction of our commonweal geological survey team has achieved a lot. According to the partition principle of the geological work for commonweal and geological work for commercial, we found the China Geological Survey, and the center and provincial geological survey team of commonweal. But we still have to do more practice to consummate and intensify, geological survey team of commonweal means the team which use the national finance to engage in the geological work, it include the China Geological Survey and teams what is affiliated with; geological survey institution, Geological Environment Monitoring Station of each province,autonomous region,municipality; and the geological survey teams which used to be the geological team of industrial sector.This thesis start from the analysis of the structure and talent training situation of the our geological survey team of commonweal, through the questionnaire, literature and other means to access vast amounts of data and data collection, using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, document retrieval method, summarize the present situation of at home and abroad. And on this basis propose the suggestion to the problem which exist in the mechanism of talent training of geological survey team of Center commonweal.The thesis consists of seven chapters: Chapter 1 introduced the background, significance, content, research method and routes of this thesis; Chapter 2 analyzed the structure of the personnel of China Geological Survey; Chapter 3 introduced the experiences and inspiration from the geological survey institutions abroad; Chapter 4 described the current method of talent training of geological survey team of Center commonweal, and selected the Xi'an Center of Geological Survey as case study; Chapter 6 proposed the suggestions of solving problems. Last part is conclusion and some problems needed further research.The thesis studied the current situation of our geological survey team of commonweal and its training mechanism, summed up the characteristics of the geological survey team, and propose the suggestions of solving the problems which exist the training mechanism of geological survey team. However, a further research is needed because the studies in this thesis are still superficial.
