Topsoe catalyst(Denmark)Company established the T company at Tianjin in 2104,which started trial production by the end of 2015.Because of a short time of T company to create,it has fewer employees and has no production manager.But with the production of T company on the right track,it urgently need a production manager to coordinate supply chain management,production management,quality management and other aspects of the problem.At present,the process department manager A,maintenance department manager B,supply chain manager C,quality department manager D are all interested in running production manager positions.These people are quite qualified,so how to choose a more suitable production manager?This paper take the selection of T company production manager as the research object and use the method of literature review and expert brainstorming to designs the basic framework for the selection of production managers and clear all levels of indicators detail according to the production manager’s job responsibilities and set up the index weights of all levels by the AHP and clear the evaluation criteria of the indicators at all levels.Based on the production manager selection index system,T company carry out the selection and evaluation activities during A,B,C,D.According to the evaluation results of the selection index system,A was significantly better than the other candidates,and finally was elected to the production manager.The evaluation index system of personnel selection is based on character,professional technical ability,management communication ability,executive ability and staff training as the basic framework,which not only applies to the production manager selection,but also applies to the other positions of the selection of staff.According to the problem of the evaluation of the implementation process,this paper,put forward the measures to optimize enterprise staff training mechanism,such as the active training of managers,strengthening grass-roots staff training,and actively shaping the core culture and other measures.The research of this paper is not only beneficial to improve the management level of T company,but also has a positive significance for similar catalyst manufacturing enterprises.
