In the era of knowledge economy, many companies have already shifted the focus of competition of competition for human resources increasingly and have put forward new requirements to the human resources management of enterprises. Having a good human resource can be able to enhance the development capacity ,the achieve business goals and the values of companies. Human resource management experience of domestic and foreign oil production plants provide a good reference to ourselves. Although the Gudao oil production site has established its own human resources management system, many problems still exist. In this paper, author put forward her views on the Gudao oil production site in some urgent issues of human resource management. We should not only pay attention to the strategic of human resouces'development, but also establish the people-oriented managemnet idea.Gudao Oil Production Site although has bulit her own human resouce management ,she still has many problems in staff's traing, cadre's assessment , enterprise rewards and punishments system.This paper puts forward its own solutions on these problems. According to the staff training's shortfall, they use different methods of conduct training programs for the different level staff training,and to deal with innovation training mechanism, training mode and training means . The evaluation system for cadres, to expand the lack of democratic officials assessing the reliability and transparency, to carry out the assessment results across the cadres. For the enterprise incentive mechanism imperfect this weakness, through the material incentive and the principle of combining spiritual stimulation. The demand for different worker, formulate corresponding incentive system, establishing dynamic talent management system, with the great goal of enterprise incentive worker . Only to establish people-oriented enterprise culture, scientific and effective incentive mechanism, labor mechanism, talent cultivation, and human resources management mode, it can provide protection.for enterprise prosperity, steady and healthy development.
