After a few years of depression in mining industry,it is difficult for the geological survey units to attract talented people and the dropping out of their human resource is serious.Nowadays, the recovery of the mining economy as well as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure put forwards new requirements for the sustainable development of geological survey units. While attracting and retaining the talented people, more efforts should be made on how to cultivate and use the talents.Professional technicians are strategic human resources, and the unit must attach great importance to their training.Based on the professional technicians in the DS geological team as the research object and according to their actual demand in the training, the thesis researches on the common problems in the training through analyzing the present training situation of the DS geological team.Aiming at the deficiencies and problems in the training and analyzing the elements that affect professional technicians' training, the thesis puts forward the feasible solution.Combining with the characteristics of the professional technicians of the DS geological team and based on their needs in the training, the thesis elaborates the goal, idea, content, process design, implementation and effect evaluation of the training in details. It builds a set of complete training system,in order to improve the practicability, pertinence and effectiveness of the training, thus enhancing the overall effect of the training. In addition,it provides a solid foundation for the development of the talent resources of the DS geological team, and offers useful references for improving the training effect of professional technicians and increasing the level of the training.
