As one of the large information and electronics companies, K Company is in the situation that the company is fast-growing and the product lines are increasing. In order to follow the company strategy of Time To Marketing, K has begun the reform of product design process. In this paper, the Administration theory and management knowledge is applied to analyze the reform of K company, and some best practices are provided for the management of similar companies.The following are the five chapters of this paper:In Chapter One, the research area, objectives and the method of information collecting during the research are introduced. In Chapter Two, the concept, common workflow of product designing and the application of Product And Cycle-Time Excellent (PACE) are introduced. In Chapter Three, the example of K Company is discussed and the product designing workflow under the strategy of Time to Market is analyzed. In Chapter Four, the detailed flow changes during the reform of K Company are discussed. The details of product design reform are described. In Chapter Five, conclusion is reached by analyzing the data of before and after the product design reform. Some suggestions are provided for the remaining problem.
