On Malaysian Chinese Capital Investments In Mainland China Since 1978

In this economic globalizition era, international capital flow has gained a faster speed and larger scale. With the rapid economy development in the Southeast Aisa, the capital of the oversea Chinese, which is the leading part in interntional capital, has developed and increased fastly. As a bugeoning international investing power, the oversea Chinese capital breaks the traditional direct investing mode of developed countries in a certain extent, and influences the flow direction of foreign direct investment. The capital of the Southeastern oversea Chinese is not only the headspring of the sustainnable economic development of the Sotheast Asia, but also an important elment affecting the world economy developement. Malaysia has a great number of oversea Chinese who have gone through a devious path and the most representative oversea Chinese businessmen. Since 1990 the Mainland China has achieved remarkable development in economy construction, the comprehensive national strength and international influensing capacity has laso strengthened and increased. The economy grow-up in China has attracted a great amount of internation capital, which includes considerable capital of the oversea Malaysian Chinese. This paper chooses the Malaysian Chinese capital especially the famous enterprises in the Mainland China ran by oversea Malaysian Chinese as the research object, through an analysis on some issues about the Malaysian Chinese business, such as evolvement, development, investing motives, affecting issues, and status quo, discusses the rules and characteristics of the Oversea Chinese investment in Mainland China, puts forward some countermeasures, based on this, this paper also analyses the its developing trend in the end.The structure arrangement and main content of this paper are as below: the first chaper is the introduction, which introduces the related concepts and theoritical methodology, study state and study significance; Chapter Two gives a brief introduction of the evolution of Malaysian Chinese capital, developing phase and characteristics of the business group of Malaysian Chinese; with the Sino-Malaysian relationship development as the background, Chapter three comprehensively discusses and analyses the phase, characteristics, and effects of the Malaysian Chinese capital in China, like Kuok Bros Bhd, Lion Group and Hong Leong Group, it also puts forward some solutions to their exsisting problems; in allusion to the rules and particularity of malaysian Chinese inveatment in China, Chapter Four comprehensively demonstrates the reasons and affecting issues of the investment from the perspectives such as invest envioment and capital identity, economic polisies in the Malaysia and China, Chinese business network and culture issues. Then this paper draws the conclusion and estimates the developing trend of Malaysian Chinese Capital investments in Mainland China.
