The printed circuit is the main carrier of electronic component and the very important foundation for all electronic products. In recent years, the electronic industry in our country is in the time of development of high speed and the electronic products also transform from the traditional analog circuit to the personal digital products with high density, high frequency, high precision and some industrial highly integrated control PCB. However, it is undeniable that the whole industrial chain of PCB is facing the status of fierce competition and the rapid decrease profit.As one important link of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), PCB designing also faces the opportunity of which the rapid development of electronics industry, the increasing of domestic consumption level of electronic products and the challenges of which the competition in the EMS is increasing.. The PCB design enterprises need in addition to improve their own technical level, introduce the stronger design platform in order to meet the demand of high-speed development of technology of the electronic industry, the more important is, they should seek the innovation of management style, business and operation mode from their own situation and through an analysis of the enterprise's value chain. They should also promote their own competition advantage and seek the different competition route constantly.For the PCB design enterprises, there are two aspects to achieve these goals:The first, they should carry on the reform to their own design procedure and insert the new process with the high-added value into the traditional one flexibly. For this, they can not only increase all the cooperation degree among the various departments in the enterprise, but also greatly increase the competitiveness of the PCB design enterprises in the whole EMS chain.The second, after the integration of upstream and downstream of PCB industry supply chain, they will complete the operation strategic transformation of the domestic PCB design enterprises. "The dynamic strategic alliance" would come to realize. Because of the alliance, the whole industry chain can share all about the technique and information and realize the result of "multi-win" from cooperating finally.The text consists of five charters altogether:In chapter 1, the brief introduction of the PCB design. As the real case about PCB design enterprise, the company where the author stays will be introduced from several aspects about "developing history", "business category ", "structure of company".In chapter 2, we have analyzed internal and external advantages of the company where author stays, accompanied by internal and external crises thoroughly from analyzing the PCB industry current situations of world and China. And we also put forward the scheme of transforming of designing procedure in order to meet the competition demand. The scheme will be the important strategy which promotes the value chain of PCB design enterprise.The chapter 3 and 4, we mainly analyze the operation mode change that opens up the domestic market. We research it from two aspects: the first is that the company carries on the adjustment of the corporate structure for the demand which meets market exploring. The second is that we cooperate with upstream and downstream EMS to open up the high value-added sectors in PCB design value chain.The chapter 5, summarizes the full text, brings out the related conclusion that the revolution of operation mode in PCB design enterprise have an important influence on promoting the industry value-added chain and promoting the enterprise's competitiveness.
