The increasingly gradual depletion of world fossil energy resources makes the energy tense situation become worse. As a renewable energy, the development and utilization of bioenergy has gradually risen and rapidly developed all over the world. In particularly, the second generation bioenergy made from non food crops such as corn straw has received wide attention for various feedstock sources and low cost. Thus, how to achieve a steady supply of bioenergy has become a serious problem, which prompts the optimization design of bioenergy supply chain network to be a new hotspot in supply chain research. However, there are a lot of uncertainties in the manufacturing operations in reality, which bring great challenge to the optimization design of bioenergy supply chain. More importantly, uncertaint events will have negative effect on the bioenergy production. Therefore, research on optimization design of bioenergy supply chain under multidimensional uncertainty environment is of great significance. In addition, with the increasingly serious environmental problems, environmental benefits cannot be ignored. The operation mode which concerns about economic benefits only in the past has not been feasible. And the enterprises need to "grasping with both hands". Thus, considering the environmental issues such as carbon dioxide emissions in the bioenergy supply chain is another direction worth exploring. At the same time, the traditional research on supply chain assumes the decision maker is rational, however, when different decision makers face the same uncertainty, they usually make different decisions according to their own risk preferences. In consequence, adding decision makers’behavioral preferences into decision reference is a necessity. At present, research on bioenergy supply chain network design is often simplifying uncertainty, ignoring environmental benefits and lacking of decision makers’behavioral preferences. Thus, based on the previous studies, it is necessary to take the missing factors into account, which will enrich the research in this field. In this paper, the optimization design of bioenergy supply chain network under multidimensional uncertain environment is studied with consideration of environmental benefits and risk preferences. The uncertainties include the biomass feedstock supply and procurement price uncertainty and bioenergy demand uncertainty. The cost of carbon dioxide emissions represents the environmental benefits, and cumulative risk curve demonstrates the risk preference. The corresponding mixed integer linear stochastic programming model is built eventually. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, the model is solved to make bioenergy supply chain network structure and related operation decision ssuch as the location, scale and production of bioethanol refineries, the distribution relationship and distribution volume among each node in the network, the cost of carbon dioxide emissions and so on; meanwhile, the result can provide the decision makers with appropriate network design solution according to their risk preferences. Finally, effectiveness of models have been further proved by sensitivity analysis of the key parameters in the optimization models, therefore, the conclusion that the decision makers can obtain suitable decision support from the models established in this paper is achieved.
