At present, the prosperity of Catering Industry has met the essential development conditions of Tourism Industry to a great extent. From the angle of Experience Economy Theory, tourists' consumption of food and beverage is already not just the simple consumption which meets their physiological demand, but it is one kind of experiencing link in the whole travel course. So this study regards tourist's satisfaction to service quality of catering enterprise as the research object, analyzes empirically its influence on the quality of tourism experience. This thesis divides five chapters together, as follows:ChapterⅠ: This chapter mainly states the research background and significance of the study, defines relevant concepts, and explains the technological route and approach of researchChapterⅡ: This chapter reviews the relevant literature about satisfaction of Catering, the research progress of quality of tourism experience and the relationship between quality of tourism experience and satisfaction of food and beverage.ChapterⅢ: This chapter mainly proposes the research hypotheses, and explains the design of scales and the preliminary analysis result of pre-investigation.ChapterⅣ: This chapter analyzes empirically the influence which tourists' catering satisfaction brings to their qualities of tourism experience. Meanwhile, it carries the one-way ANOVA on attention and satisfaction of different kinds of tourists towards the elements of the food and beverage service and discusses the problem existing on the service quality of catering enterprises of Xiamen through IPA analytic approach.ChapterⅤ: This chapter explains the research conclusions, innovation and the space of further study. Meanwhile, it puts forward the suggestions and tactics of development for food and beverage enterprises and tourism enterprises of Xiamen.
