With the arrival of the era of experience economy,the traditional tourism has changed to the experiential tourism,and the development of tourism is more and more inseparable from the satisfaction of tourists.But Chinese Tourism Research Institute released the "2014 national tourist satisfaction survey report",which shows that tourists satisfaction is just passable.Only by improving the satisfaction of tourists,can we gain the advantage in the competition,so as to keep healthy development.In the past,scholars or managers study the promotion of tourist experience satisfaction mainly from the view of scenic spot management.Although there are certain relo,but there are still unsatisfactory places.Studies have shown that the tourism experience is the result of the interaction between the tourists and the tourism resources,which is based on the aesthetic pleasure.To improve the ability of aesthetic not only needs its own cultural quality also need to improve the scenic spots' education,by visitors to the scenic landscape appreciation of the level of involvement and knowledge,to improve the satisfaction of visitors to the scenic experience.Therefore,tourism consumption technology plays an important role in the service quality of scenic spots and the satisfaction of tourists' experience.In order to explore the influence of tourism consumption technology on service quality and satisfaction of tourists.This paper defines the concept of service quality,tourism consumption technology and satisfaction of tourists' experience by reviewing the existing literature.And learning from the previous scholars for the relevant variables and measurement dimensions,thepaper constructs a hypothesis model.Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang as samples,using questionnaire for data collection,and through the Spss17.0 statistical software of questionnaire data statistical analysis,verify the hypothesis.Results through the analysis of the data of statistics,show that the service quality of scenic spots has obvious effects on tourists satisfaction,and service quality of scenic tourism consumption also has positive effects(especially responsiveness,assurance,empathy and for the influence of tourism consumption,thereby affecting the technology greatly)tourists satisfaction;tourism consumption has significant positive impact on tourists satisfaction.Therefore,it is concluded that tourism consumption technology plays an intermediary role between service quality and satisfaction.To sum up,the service quality of scenic spots can be improved by improving the tourists' tourism consumption technology,so as to improve the satisfaction of tourists' experience.Based on this,the scenic spot should take measures for tourists to carry out tourism consumption education,enrich the tourist landscape knowledge,improve the level of tourists' landscape appreciation.Therefore,Scenic spots should pay more attention to the use of media publicity for tourism consumption education,development and construction of the scenic tourism consumer education system,and improve the service quality of scenic spots.Through the training and education of tourists' tourism consumption technology,we can improve the perception of tourists and improve the satisfaction of tourists' experience.
