Survey On Operations And Management Of Industrial Companies In Handan County

County Economy is an important part of China's economy,while the operation and management level of the county enterprises, especially industrial enterprises in the county directly impact on the county's business operation and development. Investigation to understand business management situation is to improve the management level and obtain more economic benefits the prerequisite and basis.In this paper, the industrial enterprises in Handan County is researched, to investigate industrial enterprises in Handan County to understand the management level and operating conditions, to find the problems of industrial enterprises in Handan County in operation and management of the main issues, to reveal competitive advantage of good corporate. On the basis of the analysis of industrial enterprises in Handan County in the development of the environment and development of industrial enterprises ,with the survey methods, a systematic investigation and study to the 103 industrial enterprises in Handan County are carried out, with the descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling software LISREL8.7 to analysis the level and characteristics of the operation and management of industrial enterprises, reveal the competitive advantage of the strong enterprises in the management, to guide the development of enterprises and raise the level of management and operational efficiency to provide information and reference.Conclusion of the study include the following aspects:1) Industrial enterprises in Handan County are most of private enterprises and limited liability companies, small scale, steel and chemical industry are the Leading Industry.2) The production and marketing management level of the industrial enterprises in Handan County is relatively high, but the level of R&D and information management is extremely low.3) The overall operation of the industrial enterprises in Handan County is ok, but there are still a wide gap compared to the good condition industrial enterprises.4) The management of the industrial enterprises closely related to their operation.5) The competitive advantage of the good condition industrial enterprises are R&D and marketing management.This study has many features: targeted, scientific and standardized methods, and the research is the key issues of the business management. This research has very important practical values, the results has not only a direct role in guiding industrial enterprises in Handan County, but also has very important reference for other county industrial enterprises in China.
