After postal industry operating independently, market competition is increasing and brain drain is growing. Brain drain in postal enterprises becomes a serious problem which exists in the development of socialism market economy, the frame restructuring of postal enterprises and enlarging opening-up . It has a bad effect on sustainable development of postal industry. It is a serious problem for postal industry how to make the development of postal industry healthy and stable and how to deal with the brain drain in postal enterprises. It is a main topic for study in every post office over the years.This thesis starts with analyzing the reason of brain drain in postal enterprises. It uses the methods of combining theory with practice and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. It studies how to control and reduce the brain drain in postal enterprises.In the studying process, this thesis not only refers to domestic brain drain theory and research results, but also learns from the foreign policy and framework of brain drain. At the same time, this study bases on investigation and analysis the survey of brain drain in Renqiu City Post Offices management. Therefore, it is highly to the point and practical. This thesis hope to have some reference value on healthy development of postal industry and control and reduce the brain drain in postal enterprises efficiently.Research shows that: Under the current situation, brain drain in postal enterprises is the result of all kinds of comprehensive factors. Lack of social credit, undeveloped labor market and national policies and regulations all aggravated the situation of brain drain in postal enterprises. Facing it, enterprises should first find the crux of the problem and take effective countermeasures, which can prevent and solve the problem of brain drain. The proper management is the basis of retaining the talents. Equitably material treatment is a magic weapon to retain their talents.
